You are able to chose One free outfit to be used as uniform costing up to £65 Also get 30% £150 worth of items

Cons

Team members and management were not very nice people and this showed in their work, very difficult to approach them if I had any problem also daily work tasks and targets were not clear. It is very difficult to progress in this company. Being 16 years old you are on minimum wedge as a sales assistant in river island.

Pros

The use of free uniform every three months, the discount percentage is good as well! Styles in the store is good

Cons

The staff are difficult to work with expect a lot from you in a short space of time, discount is good but hard to use because you need to okay it with staff on a card kept at the till, hard to get any time off!
