Pros

Working with such great teams in fantastic stores selling amazing product is what gets me out of bed in the morning! Excellent discount scheme that keeps us all trend setting, and my own personal succession throughout my career has been brilliant. Great opportunities to work all over the country to support and offer a helping hand. Talent is spotted throughout the company and if you work for it, you'll get where you want to be in the end, I speak from experience.

Cons

There needs to be a better communication system between stores and customer services department. Management salaries need reviewed according to work load, and location.

Managers tend to favour certain staff Longer shifts as 4 hours is not enough
