Pros

Good staff, decent benefits (free work clothes, 30% discount on everything else), flexible hours, double pay on boxing day.

Cons

Having to be polite and civil when dealing with difficult customers, possible early starts on some days.if working on delivery.

Pros

40% discount and free uniform. The team I worked with were really friendly.

Cons

short staffed, from the time I started there every week someone was leaving which put pressure on the rest of the team to pick up the slack. Also, management who weren't always available expected you to give a great service which wasn't possible when 10 people wouldn't show up to work.
