Pros

Good discount off the clothes - quite flexible work hours - they move you around the store generally, so you don't get bored working on one area.

Cons

Can be long days, always extremely boring and tedious. At the end of the day you are there to sell clothes and keep the store looking pretty.

Generous discount . Have met some great friends . Lovely product . Brand has evolved in the last 10 years and fast becoming the leader on the high street however they are not moving every aspect of their business with the same drive... pleas please start looking at your rc's and am's... its hurrendeous how some of them treat people and that's coming from someone who is not on the receiving end but witnesses it too often....

Cons

Being humiliated by Senior management to he point they laugh in your face, everything is so negative and no recognition for the hard work you put in. Demoralising, demotivating and upsetting to see this style of management still exists. Time someone stood up to these bullies and supported Ben Lewis is driving his business in a more modern, inspiring, motivating and caring ways.
