      Pros

      Great on site facilities such as large gym and studio, great restaurant with above standard level of food options,

      Cons

      Culture was superficial and uninspiring, no recognition for hard work, being “cool” and “pretty” was seen as the aspiration which felt incredibly immature and unsophisticated. Got a job in a more corporate environment where talent and hard work is recognised and doubled my salary.

      Pros

      The discount was great and I bought a few things and also getting a uniform was quite cool. That's was probably the best part.

      Cons

      The pay is very poor. I've worked other places since and now I realise just how badly I was paid. Also the main reason for my unhappiness working here was one manager in particular. This manager was well known for being extremely difficult. This was acknowledged by staff and also the other managers but no one spoke to her about it. She left one girl in such a rage she had to take a break during a shift and I cried during work from having confrontations with her and also when I got home. I stayed for the summer and didn't come back to work part time because of how stressed out I was there. Had it not been for that manager I would have said it was a fine retail job.

      Pros

      Great company that offers career and self development opportunities. It is also a brand that combines beautiful product, technology innovations, strong business model and professional people. Location is great for the work/life balance (main shopping centre, cinema, restaurants), therefore, working atmosphere is structured, vibrant, challenging and lively which is a credit for the store manager and the whole business chain (plus great discount and uniform allowance).

      Cons

      Pay for Sales Advisor position was increased and it is competitive, which is great, but Sales/Product Manager's wages could be reviewed due to the increasing work capacity. Everything else is well operated.
