Pros

Incredible training, great people focused on service, inspirational leadership. Compensation is above average for the hospitality industry. Culture is incredibly strong. Service training will serve you for the rest of your career.

Cons

Large company that sometimes seems bureaucratic and hard to navigate. Sometimes difficult to access promotions in other location - hiring process takes a long time.

Pros

World class training for customer service. Fun work environment. Great benefits.

Cons

Low pay. Hard to move up from the lower ranks. Talent is restricted from opportunity because of broad policies. Lots of rules that don't make sense when you're an honest hard working professional. Not big-boy rules.
