Pros

Nothing , HR don't care. Accounting can't get your pay checks right.

Cons

Paying 3 percent out of every paycheck union dues to a union that doesn't help.

Pros

It's good for your resume.

Cons

They expect you to give 5 star, Forbes level service, when they can't even give you the things that you need to do so. Management literally comes in cycles of 6 months to a year max in most cases, and 80% of them have no idea what they're doing and the other 20% want to make a change for the better but can't because corporate won't let them.
