Pros

Good pay, relatively good food as catering, big company = good compliance standard, uniforms are in good shape

Cons

I could already tell that there was conflict brewing beneath the surface. Middle management is allowed to use any kind of language and expressions it seems. While trying to maintain an air of superiority over their staff. Also bad mouthing a member who left and generally being unpleasant when guests aren’t around.
