Pros

well paid, normally cool people, Great kitchen (then when Chef Greg Howel was there, don't know now), Normally quite well scheduled when it came to school. Amazing view and weather. Personally had, over all, a great time, there where a lot of bads, I mean A LOT, but the good out weight them; or at least balanced it out at the end.

Cons

Management could be moody, had to really fight for days off. Like in most hotel, it can be slave work, A lot of work time. Having to Really bend over backwards for some mean and annoying guests.

Pros

The company gave me an opportunity to truly grow over my 8 years with them. I would still be with them if they had not made some leadership changes. I hope to work for them again one day.

Cons

Does not provide a true quality of life as the employee promise talks about.
