Pros

Great Benefits and competitive pay

Cons

Management always competing for positions. It is clear how they want to shine just to obtain a better position within the company. Employees like to gossip bringing the company moral down. HR knows about this but only address it when is too late.

Pros

The company cares a lot about their standards, and are always concerned about guest ratings and such. Fast to do service recovery and are always ensuring that everyone in the hotel knows about the VIPs

Cons

A lot of office politics involved, and in a department you can hear about them complaining about the department head and about one another. There are no training plans at all, so it depends if the manager you work with provide you an opportunity to learn. I have heard from others that the HR is rigid and are unwilling to help any trainees that are injured.
