Pros

Friendly and professional place to work. A great place to start a career in the hospitality industry. Management is friendly and very understanding.

Cons

Not much to say. You do have to work weekends and holidays. But if you plan on going into the hospitality industry that is just a given.

Pros

Amazing property and facilities. Good tips to compensate for a low salary if they can manage to increase occupancy.

Cons

Leadership manages poorly due to the lack of opportunities for locals to grow from within. Most leadership comes from Europe, which makes it difficult to establish consistency in services and products. By the time they adjust and get to know the property and operations they are leaving for another position.
