Pros

Strong Safety Culture, Good Salaries and benefits.

Cons

Corporate culture is cutting costs, small raises and bonuses while dividend payouts are largest ever (employees feel undervalued). Understaffed, people are getting burned out.

Pros

Benefits package is very good, defined contribution RRSP plan is fairly generous, steady/stable employment in a tough economy, lots of job security.

Cons

-Training is nonexistent for new employees, the onboarding process is a joke and leaves new employees floundering without the tools & access they need to do their job. Something as simple as providing access to a specific folder on a network drive can take months!
