Pros

Good health benefits. Pay is inline with industry standard with access to salary sacrifice

Cons

Fifo, camp life. Every aspect of the job has been squeezed corners cut and productivity over safety. A strong push for the appearance of a safety culture. Everything is subject to change for company requirements

Pros

I worked with very professional and motivated employees who always tried to do what was right for the company and the customer as well.

Cons

As a woman, opportunities for advancement were very limited unless you had a technical or engineering degree. Women were almost never considered for outside sales jobs in our department even though the inside sales jobs were 100% filled by women.
