Pros

Local management cares for employees and pay is good. Company matches 6 percent on 401k.

Cons

Higher management is in Australia and the UK. They take care of themselves, but send as many administrative positions as possible to India and Poland. They let you go and make you feel like a criminal. No regard for the person whose life has been turned upside down.
