      Pros

      Good benefits as a full-time employee- any prescription is $5. Within the stores, if you have a lot of seniority you can apply for higher positions, which is also a downside as advancement is solely based on time worked for the company.

      Cons

      Head office is constantly looking to decrease employee hours to cut costs. While a full time employee is protected by a Union, it means there is significantly more work added to your plate as you additionally try to take on the jobs of part time employees.

      LOVE my Rexall family. Benefits are great and discount card is even better.. makes me never want to leave!

      Cons

      Some of the managers do not care about you, play favourites, and give you a hard time if they do not like you. Rexall recently took away hours and allow no overlap on shifts. Just you and a manager working.. sounds fun! NOT! I work in a very busy location and this does not work out, it leaves managers and workers stressed!!
