they use you brutally, hire when they need you, make promises of you getting raise and being fulltime but then they dont keep the promises. high turn over rate so who ever promises you something is never around long enough to make it happen even if they want to stop using us, yes we get paid but we do a good job so keep that in mind instead of being rude to us. the pharmacist treat you like you are stupid. they never take responsibility its always pharmacy assistant fault, they like to yell at you and point out your mistakes in front of everyone. hr claims they are there if you have problems but they are not, you can never get to speak to them and when you do they just say take care of your issue yourself. you work over time and they dont pay you for it right away you have to wait 4 weeks sometime, benefits are not the same for assistants like they are for pharmacist or management. they always find a reason not to give you your yearly raise, you never get a good enough score.

- Poor management - Poor job recruiting ( if they didn't really need me they could have just not hired me in the first place) - People from the head office are snobs they think some kind of Gods they don't even say hi to you - Unprofessional
