      Competitive compensation, recent sale to McKesson will bring more opportunity to grow business.

      Cons

      Revolving door of staff at store level and head office. No interest to help the customer just meet the targets. No room for different thoughts or suggestions, you are thrown under the bus if you talk about any of the many issues that plague this company.

      In store family are wonderful people . The company discount is very good. The benefits and pension are quite good ..

      Cons

      Upper Managers from Regional managers and up are machines with no regard for direct reports. They expect all Managers to abandon their families or what ever it takes to meet their goals.
