      Very bad work-life balance

      Pros

      The compensation used to be competitive with incentives. The people that joined are really talented but they are very tired and stressed.

      Cons

      Very bad work-life balance that forces you to work 60 hours per week most of the time unpaid because it's not allowed but if you don't do it you will not reach targets. The management at all levels is horrible as very important changes happen always and they create a chaotic environment. Our targets are impossible to reach now working normal hours and 80% of us can't reach them. Mental health is horrible and you will need help with it. There are many leavers and firing ongoing.
