Pros

Pay is half decent WFH

Cons

- Company culture is toxic, everyone is trying to stab you in the back and take your deals off you, there’s no honour - management isn’t there to help you, my 1-2-1s were just a forecast update, my manager would never actually help, even after asking for it - Company is extremely cutthroat, they sacked 70% of my intake within 9 months - Managers are inexperienced, and are only there because of there previous sales, leading to micromanagement - Very transactional, just the same conversation over and over again - product is terrible, the amount of times my customers accounts would get locked for a silly reason is insane.

Pros

Erm... they give you a free Tinder Gold upgrade? (This speaks volumes) Some extremely intelligent and driven colleagues! Cool products with huge growth potential. You'll learn a lot of sneaky sales tricks! Yey!

Cons

You hear rumours...but nothing can truly prepare you for this. Here's my honest review: Firstly... for anyone new to the business, mid market targets are Impossible to hit. You need a pre existing network or pipeline. Even working 12 hour days, you struggle. Extreme lack of diversity in mid market team. It's a sea of late 20s caucasian males. The company may be valued at 75 billion but the pay is very low vs expectation. A hard 3 month probation to hit numbers youll be lucky to reach in a years. KPIs driving everything, meaning you spend your days spamming people relentlessly who've said no about 10 times by now. Its a bdr sales role. Quality Control will mark you down for saying the word 'bank' and other crazy stuff, due to regulatory rules, meaning you are constantly worried to say or write anything. 5 fails a quarter mean you get zero commission. No access lusha or similar to source phone numbers or emails. Zero inbound leads and all accounts are being worked by at least 2-3 reps at any given time. Overwhelming products with 2 weeks to understand everything before being chucked in at the VERY deep end. Makes the hunger games look like a teddybears picnic! Revolving door with 6 or 7 folks who have been there for 3 years plus making enough to pay off their mortgage each quarter and everyone else earning peanuts. MLM vibes! You have to manage the accounts you bring on with zero time or clear strategy for doing so. This is not a true 'remote' position as you will miss out on a huge amount (networking/events etc)if you dont live in London or close proximity to a major hub. They pay nada for travel. I couldnt really take this seriously as a job. Totally bonkers from start to finish.

Pros

- Ok salary (exceptional by Portuguese standards with Semi-regular salary increases and benefit review) - full remote

Cons

- Insane KPI culture: KPIs will be increased every 3 months because middle management's own KPIs depend on that. They will expect you to effectively double result from one year to the next (your salary will not be doubled) - The entire department is being offshored to India. If you are a European employee, do not expect any retention measures, care or motivation. - No real career growth: very few additional trainings with limited spots are available, no support for external certification. - Performance reviews are arbitrary: grade assignment process is not transparent (everything goes through "calibration" by middle management, whose logic is not disclosed) and only basic KPIs are relevant, contrary to what they say. Don't take overtime or do any extra tasks, they will lie to your face saying that it will matter in the performance review but it's not true. I was personally assigned to work on procedures (not in my contract) for a while and still got "Developing" grade for 6 months (second lowest grade with basically no bonus) with okay KPI results. - Internal career growth is soft locked: if you apply for X position internally but are not selected, you are banned from applying for any new opening with the same title as X for 1 year.
