Pros
If you want to get a lottery which is actually more than your experience and qualification you can join.They will pay you but be aware it's for 3 month only all of a sudden they change their mind and fire you after taking the work for the whole day and at EOD they will kick you out. And wait this is not the case with the new joiners but also the old and senior employee they are are kicked all of a sudden.They will log you out in your face in seconds after the meeting with hr.
Cons
This is the worst company I have ever been into. They will fire you for nothing. If you ask more doubts ur fired. If u are not in good terms with your TL ur fired. If they have sufficient employees they will cut you out. People who are working in this company is only because of salary and none of the culture is good over here. If you want a heart attack you can join. They don't have anything managed. No employee support. No helping hands. Learn by yourself their training is of name sake. No defined path or process for any work.If you want to transfer your PF also they and you will take months to figure out for all the queries you raise ticket but no solution. The top management is selfish and blood suckers which can be seen clearly in the interview of the owner of this company. If you want to complaint about anyone your are kicked in your back and thrown out. They don't even have a dedicated mechanism for any work. These guys are soo soo soo unplanned you cannot think of.They run to find solution only when they face problems.Which will waste your time.The Owner of this company is how he looks like he openly says in interview that we hire people with great quality we want the cream employees but he is wasting his time and everyone time by using this hire and fire rule. Instead of nourishing the employees and making them perfect by putting extra efforts on the training team. If you have doubts and you ask multiple questions they will doubt on your skills and process knowledge and kick you out. And all this will be done within 27-36 days of work they will decide you are capable of not. But they will never help you and guide you everything on your own. I personally hate this management system since the first day of my joining I understood how unplanned they are and which came true later.
