Recruiters lie, the company values are ignored, Managers are really team leaders and therefore ill equipped to deal with any challenges. Not a flat organization, very much hierarchical and built that way to avoid the senior managers/ second line managers coming head on with what is happening to to staff ie. the hire and fire mentality that is this company policy. Sales people are hired to generate a pipeline for staff members that have managed to avoid the previous cull. In my time at this company in the A team lolz I seen at least 40 sales people let go / pushed out the door. There is no work life balance here because if you dont make target you will be offered a package ie. fired or given 3 months to make target and do that consistently over the next 12 months or be fired. and given that the targets are unattainable you better take the package. In Ireland The will want you to find 60 new companies in the irish market to work per week and given the market is milked to death already to find one thats not been touched before is neigh impossible and you have to do this with no tools really. But if you think that there is about 50-60 people in the market doing the same thing and do the math you can understand that this is a road to NOWHERE... Bottom line here is RUN FOREST RUN to any other company that will have you. It sounds great but it aint and the money they tell you that you can make you wont. I had about 10 people call and ask me to refer them into this mess and I told them not to do it to themselves and thats why i tell you the same.
