      Pros

      Great product to sell. Strong leadership with intelligent owners. Large commission payouts on big sales. Remote work full time, no "you have to be in the office nonsense" Good holiday setup/allowance. Good training during your probationary stage. Lots of nice people to make friends with. Looks great on your CV. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Targets are way too high and unachievable, the churn rate is unlike anything you will have ever seen. Ruthless with KPI's, its common place to have your commission taken from you. Lack of growth and opportunity with false promises. No banking license. Customer service needs big improvements. Desperate sales team, people will steal leads from you in a heartbeat. Expect to last 9 months in the sales role then prepare to move on.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) are discussed and agreed upon between managers and employees to ensure we’re all on the same page and depeneds on employee seniorty & experience. When establishing goals, we’re guided by our values: Never Settle, Get it Done, and Deliver WOW. If we hadn't remained true to these values over the past seven years, we wouldn't be able to call ourselves a global financial superapp today.       No support, cut throat but incredibly flexible working

      Flexible working, if you hit your targets you can do whatever you watn

      Cons

      LMs are very hit and miss. Training is non existent and you are just a number. Hit your target and your fine, miss the lower threshold and your fired immediately. Under 50% of people hit targets every quarter and about 40% pass probation. The ones that don't are typically fired. Half of the ones that survive quit because the pressure is too high

      Salary higher than the expected

      Cons

      Working basically non-stop because you’re flooded with tasks from your first team, your second team, ad-hoc requests, quarter goals and all kinds of bugs that must be solved now. Huge discrepancies in communication. Low-level management being humiliated and mobbed on the business meetings by upper management. Requiring job being done in spite of being on a sick leave or on an engagement trip. This place is basically a gulag-styled work camp with no culture whatsoever. It's antihuman.
