      Working at Revolut has helped me build a strong communication and problem solving skills in a fast paced environment.The team is very supportive.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload could be demanding as there is always new updates and one needs to keep up with everything.

      Pros

      There is plenty of work and opportunities at Revolut. In the year that I have been at the company, I started as an outsource hire, and I have been ale to progress to Jr.2. Everything is documented, if you have any questions about goals, growth, and how the company works, it is written down somewhere; and the team is always there to help. It was been rewarding working here, you just have to be ready to hit the ground running.

      Cons

      There can be an excess of communication. It is overall a good practice to document the way Revolut does, but it can sometimes be hard to find exactly what you're looking for.

      Great organisation for growth and learning in Fintech industry

      Pros

      Industry standard pay offered, work from home for most of the roles across multiple countries. Growth opportunity is streamlined and based on data visible to everyone. Performance bonuses are variable and solely based on how an employee performed in a quarter.

      Cons

      Sometimes in compliance the multiple country operation can take toll for specific teams to maintain regulatory deliverables , however that's the learning point in a big organisation.
