Great company, reputation, upside potential, remote, office quality, independence
Cons
Terrible environment, the role of AE is seen as least important and looked down on. No sales tools, mindless copy and paste, zero learning, management has no clue what the sales people do (KPIs of sales managers are not even related to those of AEs) You can make £20k per quarter if you are comfortable with hitting copy past 10h a day every day. However even if you hit 200% 2 years in a row, you will get fired asap if you even slightly underperform no matter the reason.
