      - fast paced - opportunities for progression and promotion - new products, processes and jurisdictions - clear KPIs and role expectations - ownership and accountability - senior management engagement (flat structure)

      High impact work, but expect long hours and hard work

      Pros

      - Very challenging (in a good way). You can make real impact, push changes and own strategies - Lots of opportunities to learn things outside your normal role expectations - Good pay, bonus and perks. Especially YellowNest for childcare which is fantastic.

      Cons

      - Work-life balance is tough. Roles are very demanding with high expectations and frequent long hours - Not the most nurturing culture. Expect direct, sometimes uncomfortable meetings. - If you're not a hard-worker, this place isn't for you.
