      - Poor Job Security, feels like living in a real-life "Squid Game" since on Day 1. - No team culture, toxic. - Very limited ramp up period, almost non-existant. - Poor onboarding experience

      Toxic work environment

      Extremely high demands on output will force you to learn a lot and feel like a few months at the job is years at any other job Lots of smart people

      Cons

      You will be doing multiple people’s workload, especially with the high turn over and constantly inheriting others work; easy burn out atmosphere, but burn out is not tolerated; negative attitude high pressure leadership trickles down so directors can be very nasty and colleagues are even out to get eachother, instead of supporting each other; lots of questionable behaviors, which make it not surprising that there has been no banking license granted yet; don’t expect any career progression or raise, even when you get strong ratings quarter after quarter after quarter
