Pros

- A few very smart and driven people among the employees - Good compensation although you should not expect much in terms of bonuses - Higher than market average vacation time

Cons

- You will be expected to attend meetings outside of your normal working hours - Some people can be very nasty and the smallest and most insignificant mistake can be placarded all over a public Slack channel, even when you are a new joiner - Incompetent managers who think that micromanaging and shaming their direct reports is the norm - Chaotic objectives and structures. Some people get hired to do tasks for which they are significantly overqualified and overpaid - Surprisingly poor data engineering and business intelligence practises. Some dashboards take hours to load for example - The recruiters will make a lot of unkept promises for you to join Revolut (surprise surprise, their KPIs revolve around filling as many vacancies as possible, as quickly as possible)

No benefit, no bonuses, no organization, peers fighting, managers not helping. Just a fight to survive.

There were no pros at all.

Cons

Catastrophic work conditions with a humiliating salary (compared to other companies in the same branch): - They forced us to work overtime without an extra payment. - Assigned to us a lot of work which were not in our contract. - They raised the amount of work 3-4 times while the salary wasn't changed for the extra work. - Foreign people "corrected" our work making it wrong and we were blamed because of that - despite the changelog's proof. - Many many other smaller and bigger things that made the work at this company a nightmare. Incompetent, soulless management. - They put an incredibly huge pressure on us, manipulating with feelings and remorse. - There was no help at all for new employees at the beginning. We had to find out everything by ourselves, and if we failed something, they were the first to blame us. - They literally harrassed us with every small things despite that they were already done. - Managers didn't talk directly to us. In many cases they set the communication public (involving 2-3 other managers) to humiliate us or simply to put more pressure on us. - They didn't even know what their task is but they always wanted to tell us what we have to do. Technical background. - It took them a month to set up the computer to a state where work was possible. Of course, it was our fault. Other. - The so called values at this company don't worth anything. They are not more than good sounding words in theory, but in practice non of them are worth nothing for them. They don't appreciate good performance, they don't care about employees, only the profit. Your word as a specialist doesn't mean anything for them - despite all the lies mentioned in the "Dreamteam" value 's description. It could be continued, but I think that's enough.
