RAC on a 4 year downhill slide - Layoffs and currently outsourcing IT

Pros

Work from home, office location, great technology, management UNDER the C Level is good. Office space was nice before the new furniture. Now the second floor looks like a call center

Cons

RAC is constantly changing at the C Level position. We have new CEO/CIO each of the past 3 years. The company has been bleeding money for 4 years now and losing most all its market share. Stock has tanked accordingly. RAC is currently trying to sell itself to provide what little return that is left to investors.

They used to have their priorities straight by putting coworkers first at the corporate office by teaching "servant leadership".

Cons

Now it has changed to "Cash is King". Not exactly encouraging for morale at the office, huh?
