Pros

My coworkers (direct managers not included) were wonderful. There was a sense of camaraderie there that I really enjoyed.

Cons

This isn't necessarily a bad company to work for, but the management was terrible. There are a lot of good ideas that were thought of being put into practice, but execution was very lacking. Communication from management down was very sparse as well. Benefits were also expensive for single adults.

district and regional mangers are only concerned about your numbers every week, The managers are asked to work they days off a lot., Only 5 employees in each store, If you are short staffed the job is difficult.
