Pros

I've been given so many tools and mentors throughout my time here. The networking opportunities have been awesome and the projects I've been given has really increased my confidence in the workforce.

Cons

Depending on your business unit, you may have more opportunities than others. However, you can always make the most of it.

"Student Brand Manager"

Pros

- Unique events - Authentic marketing experience - Enthusiastic co-workers

Cons

- Did not hold all Student Brand Managers accountable for the same amount of work (Each Student Brand Manager is required three reports and three comments on Red Bull University each week. Many Student Brand Managers barely ever reported or commented and were still paid the same amount and were never fired. This can be very deflating if you are actually doing your job.) - Strict chain of command on initiatives, not much room for your own creativity - Work culture too laid back at times - Too focused on the numbers from events
