I've been with the company for over a year and I would have to same it is the best part time job you can have while in school. You put in your own availability, monthly meeting, constant interaction with team members and the FMS! Every work day is slightly different and it keeps the job exciting!

Cons

You are working with a team of girls any where from 10 plus. Depending on your personality and the dynamics of the team it could make the work environment more difficult. I can truly say though, I have made some of my best friends from working on my team!
