Fun work environment. Tons of events and marketing initiatives to participate in that feel more like perks than actual work.

Cons

My "position" wasn't that of an actual Red Bull employee. There was no real room for upward mobility. VERY high degree of nepotism that is impossible to ignore

You get to work with the most exciting, adventurous, creative and high performing individuals, and there is a never a dull day. Work hard and play hard is definitely the company motto.

Cons

Work/life balance can sometimes be a struggle when interests and passions are so intermixed with work. There are many perks and assets, but many hours are also required.
