      Pros

      - Very challenging - There is no place for lazy people - You must be well prepared technically and politically if you want to succeed - They are hiring great people, rockstars from other companies. If you want to learn stick to the newcomers

      Cons

      - There are a bunch of coders and managers trying to protect themselves from the newcomers knowledge and putting several obstacles - Toxic people everywhere trying to boycott very experienced VPs that arrive to Rappi - Misconception of culture, founders privilege quantity instead of quality - Very difficult to change bad things because at Rappi several "new things" were tried by unexperienced developers playing like architects and data scientists with very bad results

      - Good salary. - New features.

      Cons

      - They not respect your time. - They not respect your personal life. - The minimum hours required is 14 hours. But in Colombia is legally 8. If you don't work that time, you receive bad feedback always. No compensation for extra hours.
