      Pros

      You have the space to learn new stuff every day if it's related to your daily duties, of course.

      Cons

      - TL acts as a boss instead of a leader - There's no planning which leads to working after hours every week - FREE extra hours without payment even on weekends - Work/Life balance is null - Fast paced environment which is a mess because of the poor work organization - No functional descriptions and poor user stories

      - Modern Tech Stack. - You can learn a lot in a really short period of time. - Flexibility. - Equipment. - People quality (depends on the team). - Recently, some good benfits.

      Cons

      - Priorities are not clear and change all the time. - Lack of communication between teams to collaborate. - What you read about work/life balance, is 100% true. - Rush to develop features that were not THAT urgent after all, or not at all. - Rush to develop features that might not be used, ever. But you need to deliver. - Culture of doing everything asap, no matter what. - Culture of unnecessary pressure, leading people to burnout.
