Pros

Able to use PTO when needed. Work life balance does exist.

Cons

Understaffed, bonuses are shared with entire branch even if you have under performers, Randstad is very concerned with the sizzle (digital interviews, new payroll program) and will forget about people running the business.

Pros

None. I can't think of one thing.

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. I highly encourage anyone not to work here. Zero culture, toxic work environment in the Boston office. Managers are slave drivers. Benefits are probably the worst in the industry. I quite for many reasons. If you elect Cobra after, expect the worse possible "benefit" continuation. Most recently, Randstad has failed to sent patient information to the new insurance carrier. This should have been done weeks ago; as a result of this, thousands of people will not have health insurance for the new year.

Nightmare of a Company

Pros

*Competitive base salary and commission structure

Cons

This was without a shadow of a doubt the worst company that I ever worked for. I understand that the staffing industry isn't for everyone but putting that aside the only thing the company cares about is money. They treat employees like trash - the turnover rate is 76%!! Branches are typically very small (dirty) offices and in my case all but one or two people in the office were back stabbing, brown nosing liars. Management pushes out a new initiative very other week so you never know which one you should focus on. The expectations are completely unrealistic so most people lie about their metrics and are in turn reward for "good work". Heaven forbid it ever snows and you can't get to work because you will be mandated to work from home which is more of a punishment that anything else. The company only matches 50% of your contributions for 401k and they do not offer any sick time. As a current recruiter with a local organization I will happily take my temporary business elsewhere. I cannot emphasize enough - STAY AWAY from this company as a client and as an employee.
