      No Support, No Time, Archaic Tech

      Pros

      - Some of the people are great and willing to help - Good experience for the recruiting side

      Cons

      - Little to no support from a business dev perspective (no zoominfo, outdated information, no great contacts) - Old and outdated in house software that is clunky and disruptive - Full-desk is extremely tough and taxing, you are given 13 weeks, you do not prove yourself you are out the door - You don't hit the KPIs they deem you a loser - Be mindful of the territory, if it is new, expect the dirt - Expected to perform regardless if you are on PTO or not (KPI's need to be hit) - You will use your "talent" to create leads for yourself by calling their references, your talent will not appreciate this - Low pay to start and no commission until 6 months
