The employees that you work with are great!

Cons

The amount of work you do will not be appreciated and you will not get compensated appropriately when it comes time for your review - they only give 10 cent to 20 cent each raise regardless of performance. The management gets payed a lot to pass work off to the people asking for help and the company's off-site customer service. Employees are given extreme workloads when they are already at a capacity of what they are able to handle.
