Management is out of control. Store manager puts blame on associates and can never take responsibility. Puzzled by who kept the store manager in the position for this long . Employees are unprofessional and lack quality and training the store should resemble. The store is at its wits and it shows. With low staff, pressure tends to weigh on the leaders. Which puts me at point where the upper handed get more responsibilities put on them as the lesser have none. As they will take advantage of you and have you tossed around like some Henchman. If you love Restoration Hardware and looking to save on beautifuly crafted furniture, please. But please note, stress does build over time.
