Pros

Beautiful furniture, great people, great leaders, great core values, good hours.

Cons

They screw with bonuses, merit increases, and pay. President and Directors don't understand people have families and lives outside of RH. They expect you to be on long conference calls at any time they decide to have one, answer emails within an hour even if you off and home. Give the delivery provider/Driver incentives but not Leaders and senior leaders that do all the work for the drivers to be successful.

Offices are beautiful, weather is nice at the home office to take a walk on your 45 minute lunch break.

Cons

No upward movement/opportunities within the company. Cult like environment. Pay raise for an excellent annual review was 20 cents an hour.
