Good pay for the area. Good benefits. 40% employee discount on Restoration Hardware merchandise. Convenient location for those who live in the central valley.

Cons

Outdated computer programs. I have no idea how some of the people running this place became managers. There is a high turnaround rate which leads to under staffing.

Good pay compared to other employers most co workers are great people to be around and at what they do. Good discount.....but its Resto (expensive)

Cons

no form of communication between "leaders" no full time positions unless your management no room for growth work by yourself A LOT given huge workload with outlandish deadlines
