      Pros

      You get to work with some of the best in your area.

      Cons

      You are surrounded with some great competent colleagues, but they need direction. Spouting Core Values does not unify a movement even among great people. The staff is young currently and needs more leadership.

      Pros

      Helpful customer service, great management and learned how to coordinate merchandise displays. The company did a wonderful job re-branding their stores and changing their overall design.

      Cons

      There really isn't a great training system in place- I learned a lot by paying attention to fellow employees and asked a lot of questions.

      "Core Values" are a joke, management spends so much time talking about them they dont actually live them. The Leadership vs. Drama triangle is something straight out of a cult
