      Good Brand. Low Stress. Good Location

      Back end infrustructure needs to get improved. Mid-tier management is not strong. Poor IT performance in general. but it is getting better.

      The corporate culture is incredible, everyone feels valued and can have a point of view from the bottom on up. The room for growth potential is definitely there and up to each individual, I was promoted 5 times in the last 12 months.

      Cons

      "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life" - You must truly love your job at RH because as a store leader level you truly never get a day off, you are always connected to the business and store.

As a Sales Associate, I am given the tools and resources to build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients. Questions and opinions from all associates are encouraged by the Leadership, accepted by the team and shared with the company.

      Cons

      You are your own boss. There is no corporate ladder to ascend, so if you need to be given direction or lack the vision to be a game-changer this is probably not the place for you.
