Pros

They care about their employees and do what they can to make you feel at home. A passion for design is a plus and they are all about their core values so get to know them. You must be innovative and think outside of the box to really thrive in the outlets. Must be able to get along with the team well. Loved my experience but was not my life purpose. I did gain a lot of personal growth from my experience there. Also pretty good pay for retail.

Cons

Very high expectations. Hard work and can be long hours.

Pros

Everyone who works here is amazing, kind people and customers service quality is above and beyond. So I have enjoyed the positive environment.

Cons

Very low pay, difficult to become full time, hardly able to support myself, they will call the day before going into work and say that I am not needed. Apparently because the company is not making its sales goal, the gallery manager cuts back everyones hours. Not fair when you're already struggling.

-Coworkers are generally great -The work environment is beautiful at first sight - You have the chance to do some entry level design work -Good pay for a retail job

Cons

-Clientele can generally be condescending, demanding, rude and or entitled -The customer is always right- which means sometimes they lie in order to get discounts/free things and you have to be ok with accepting that -A lot of inconsistencies within what you can/can't sell and policy on returns/exchanges -When understaffed you have no off time/ can't find anyone to cover shifts -Don't necessarily get credit for work you do/ aren't necessarily compensated for that work accordingly
