      Enjoyed my time at RH, mostly because of the amazing team I was able to work with. Our gallery leader really cultivated a team of people that worked really well together. I left on good terms for a new opportunity but still am in contact with a large portion of those employees. The gallery is gorgeous and leaders tried really hard to keep everyone motivated. We had potlucks, raffles, contests etc to take some of the grind out of the retail part of the job

      Cons

      At the end of the day, it's a job in high-end retail. With that comes a host of issues that really have nothing to do with the company and more to do with the kind of work. Related to the company, there were communication issues regarding availability of inventory etc
