Innovative company, beautiful offices, CEO can be inspiring, RH Values are something to aspire to

Cons

Employees do not live the RH Values, people are not collaborative, everyone is always late for meetings, C-level executives not checking on their mid-level executives (they are unmanaged and do whatever they want), no fun activities for employees and morale, snacks are limited in the cafe, no gym, boss' are treated and act better than regular employees

Pros

Starting out at $11 and quickly getting increased to $12 after training. Great casual atmosphere. Very in depth hands on training and continued support through your first several months. Opportunities to suggest innovations to the company that would be considered and enforced it it was for the betterment of the company and employees. Great benefits! Shift bid, you didn't get suck working nights and weekends because you were new, it was based on your skill level, AHT, QA. Lots of opportunities to advnace into different positions.

Cons

There need to be more locations for the call centers.

Small atmosphere, leads and managers know who you are. Nice benefits, workout room for full time employees, and fun activities for employees through out the year.

Cons

They let employees get away with too much without repercussions
