The company provides extensive educations.

Cons

The company runs like a cult. Mantras are shouted every day but never lived. Companies I have worked for without these pretentious values actually live those values better, ironically. Management plays favoritisms and double standard. "Values" were used only when it's convenient and in favor to their statements. This toxic job cost my mental health, literally, not an expression. Turnover rate is extremely high.
