Pros

A good place to hone skills in working with and creating a client base.

Cons

There is no path to certification. Most of leadership comes from retail and does not understand design, thus they do not value any previous design experience. Terrible hours. Cult-like mentality. Company values espoused are not practiced from day to day. Leadership is vindictive and emotional. Money hungry like used car salesmen.

Benefits Sick days Pay base They will understand if u have to work certain hours or days. Celebrate employee of the month

Cons

Work weekends. Must be flexible. No comission. Stressful. Leadership don't show much of their values.

Good work life balance, positive work environment

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work that will be required of you. You will become more of a sales associate and get pushed by numbers rather than quality of design work. Rushed deadlines to have gallery numbers met quicker. Management is terrible and there is constant turnover within the galleries which makes for it to be a hard work environment and the people who have been there the longest end up doing all the work; even picking up managers slack.
