Co-workers were wonderful. Great discount on furniture. Beautiful environment to work in.

Cons

You really feel disconnected from corporate. You see the regional manager maybe once every six months. They put more effort into their larger stores, which I understand, but if you are going to keep a store open then you need to make some commitment.
