Pros

RH has great products and beautiful galleries. The front line employees like Galeries, warehouse and customer service will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. In turn, it is great for the customer.

Cons

Upper to middle management works like RH is still in the 90's. Prime example, shop their website. The technology stack is outdated, the process of things done is the slowest I have seen (like the e90's). If it was not for the people mentioned in the Pro's above then customers would not be taken care. Everything looks great from the outside however when a purchase is made the customer see's all the cracks.
