      1. I love that this is a small company where you are not just a number, upper management knows there employees. 2. The employees at REX are skilled individuals that you can count on, I love my team here. 3. I enjoy a very fast paced environment and I am able to thrive at this company. 4. Weekly office lunches, snacks and fully stocked kitchen.

      Pros

      Wonderful opportunity to grow your career! Great teammates and Management. Like any other company out there, there were, are, and will, be bumps in the road. Especially with a company that is going against the grain and is not even 6 years old. Yes, REX is making a pivot right now, but with all the new talent coming in and a re-focused, solid game plan moving forward, this is the best opportunity to be part of something bigger and really grow your career leaps and bounds! Great company that I highly recommend!

      No Cons. You get what you sign up for. It's a company with a lineup of some heavy hitting investors and a CEO that is in the front lines battling in the trenches with you. If you do not work hard, no need to apply.
